What counts as an electrical emergency

How an emergency callout works

When you call, we ask a few quick questions to understand what is happening and whether you can safely isolate the circuit before we arrive. The main factors are the time of the callout, how long diagnosis and the repair take, the parts required, and how accessible the fault is.
